Action Figure World offers collectible military action figures including commemorative figures, vintage figures and limited editions. Our product line includes figures, vehicles, accessories and uniforms from several manufacturers such as Dragon Models and Blue Box Toys. We sometimes offer a limited selection of discontinued and vintage GI Joe items as well.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. If paying by Money Orders o Cashier Checks, please call us to place your order. Your payment must arrive to our office within 7 days of placing order or your items will be returned to our inventory. All orders which have verified payment will be shipped within two days unless we are out of stock on your chosen item. In that case we will contact you to give you the option to wait until we receive a shipment or to cancel your order.

All shipping and handling is based on the weight code we assign to the items you order. We ship by UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail or Internation Air Mail depending on the destination of the order. UPS offers methods to accurately track the packages and will require a signature upon arrival. Priority Mail service does not require a signature and the package will only be as secure as the mailbox where it is delivered. It is not possible to accurately track packages sent by USPS Priority Mail or International Mail. Please select UPS as your shipping method if you would like to have recourse in the event your package is lost. Please select your preferred shipping method when ordering. Multiple items ordered will cost less per unit to ship as figured by our ordering program. Please review shipping charges when finalizing order.

Place International orders AT YOUR OWN RISK. We cannot be held liable for packages that do not arrive to international destinations. We ship all international orders by Postal Mail. There is essentially no way to track or confirm the arrival of a package in Non-US countries. There have been occassions of Non-US customs officials confiscating, opening, and breaking products while inspecting the packages. Some of the action figures we sell are considered controversial and may not be allowed in some countries. We can provide a "proof of shipping" notice from the US Postal Service, but WE WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR ITEMS WE SHIPPED THAT DID NOT ARRIVE DUE TO POLICIES OR MISTAKES MADE ON THE PART OF NON-US ENTITIES. Once again, ORDER AT YOU OWN RISK IF YOU ARE NOT ORDERING WITHIN THE USA.

A 15% restocking fee is applied to ANY unopened item. Our items are considered collectibles, so the condition of the packaging is very important to the value of the product. No refunds will be given on items which were sold in closed packaging and were subsequently opened unless there is an obvious manufacturers defect. Exceptions may be made on new parts (not vintage). Please call if you have parts to return. If an item has a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it with a like item free of charge. If we are out of stock, we will give you the option of receiving a refund of your money or give you store credit once we have received the defective item. Returned items that were found defective must be complete with all printed materials, accessories and packaging. A copy of the original invoice/receipt must also be included along with a description of the problem with the merchandise. If we inadvertantly shipped the wrong product to you, we will give you a refund or ship the correct product (if available) once the mis-shipped product has been returned unopened and in good condition. We will also give you a refund of your expense of shipping the mis-shipped product back to us if you used UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or Air Mail to send it back. There are no refunds on Vintage Items. Ask as many questions about vintage items as you would like to prior to making the purchase.
