Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just find the item you wish to purchase and click on "Click here to order!". You will be forwarded to the secure server where you can choose your quantity, payment and shipping options.
Shipping And Handling
The Domestic Shipping charge is calculated by the weight of your order. Please refer to the weight chart below. All orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Because FedEx cannot provide tracking numbers for P.O. Boxes, swe cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please use your street address . For FedEx Groud deliveries, please allow up to 6 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped. You can also check on the shipping status of your order through your User Account. When your product has shipped, the order status in your User Account will change from Processing to Completed. If your product is shipped FedEx then a tracking number and ship date is provided under the order status area.
If you have placed an order for a Pre-order or back-ordered item along with product that is available now, we will ship the product which is in stock now and then the other items as they become available. Please note that this will result in a ship charge for each shipment and will be different than the charge noted on your order.
All shipping charges to international addresses are calculated by weight and country of destination upon request. Shipments from the US warehouse are sent via FedEx, either FedEx ground or FedEx express service, depending upon destination. European Union customers will be shipped from our EU warehouse as product availability permits. We are required to charge 17.5% VAT for EU customers which is added to your invoice under "sales tax". International customers will be responsible for applicable duty charges. Duty charges vary by country.
At this time we are unable to make shipments to Mexico, Venezuela or Indonesia.
